We are trying to help 125 people take advantage of the $8,000 tax credit available in 2009 when they buy a home.  This is available for both existing homes as seen in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) on this site located on the top bar in the center as "Search Area Listings" or New Homes from builders.

We have teamed up with a lender who will talk to you about your Buying Power and take you through the loan pre-approval process.  This is a critical first step in any home buying process and we want you to be in the best position when you are ready to step up to the plate and play big in the home buying process.

After you know what your buying power is we will know what price range  to work in.  Next you will want to make a list of the things that are important to you in your first home.  This will be a list of must haves and a second list of nice to haves.  When you have these first two steps done we will be glad to sit down with you to discuss the program in terms of your goals and options.  We will create a plan for you and keep it as our game plan.  For the NEEDS & WANTS LIST fill in the form below and in the box type LIST for an email copy.
