Today we have laws to protect us from unwanted invasion of our private world by time wasting phone, fax, and email marketing.  We do not want to contact anyone who does not want to be contacted by us.  Therefore we have a policy to obey the laws in place and ask for permission to contact you for a specific time frame and offer an opt out at anytime clause even on that permission.  In other words you can end all contact or limit it at anytime.

Once we establish contact we will ask you to choose a form of contact, frequency, and duration.  Our goal is to send you only valuable information to be kept for present and future reference. 

 This web site has interesting real estate information and opportunities for you to gather valuable real estate information without giving us any of your contact information.  When you are ready for more contact we will establish whatever contact you request.

We offer anything from a regular monthly newsletter notification/link, so we do not over load your email box to specific market data at a point in time.  The key is you choose.
